EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY

Products can be exchanged within 3 days of receiving the order if they are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used skincare products cannot be returned or exchanged unless the product arrives damaged or incorrect.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging.

Refunds are only issued in cases where the requested replacement product is unavailable.
